How do I access my purchased documents?
Immediately after payment, a download link appears on the Success page. The title of the document will appear. Click on this to download your document.
Can I purchase the documents in Rands?
The documents are priced in US dollars to ensure seamless PayPal checkout. With this your document will be available to you immediately upon purchase. You are able with a South African bank account through PayPal and it will make the conversion to rands for you.
If you would like to purchase a document via EFT, you can contact me via email (admin@employmentrelations.co.za) to make the purchase. I will provide the current price in rands and bank details. Once I have received proof of payment I will email the document to you. This process will take longer than making the purchase through the website (which is instant).
Which labour law jurisdictions do the templates cover?
Most of the documents are drafted with South African employment legislation in mind, though they may be adapted elsewhere.
Several documents can be used elsewhere. Documents like the chairperson disciplinary hearing notes and drafting offences and charges guide are useful, without adaptations, in other countries.

How do I book a consulting session?
Email admin@employmentrelations.co.za to schedule a session or set up a call.
Are you available for consultations?
Yes, I am currently available for online consultations worldwide.
Please note that I moved to Canada with my family, but I still provide Employment Relations services to South African clients.
What is your consulting fee?
I offer online employment relations consultations at R1000 per hour.
This includes general consultations to provide advice and chairing and facilitation of procedures (disciplinary hearings, retrenchments, incapacity investigations, grievances, negotiations, etc).
Do you do Monthly retainers or only ad hoc work?
Consultations are billed per hour.
Drafting of documentation like contracts are billed per document. Upon receiving the request, I will provide a quote for the documents. A 50% deposit is required to start the process, and the remainder of the payment is made on receipt of the documentation.
I also provide services in the form of projects that may run over months. In these cases, I will provide a quote for the project and invoices will be sent out monthly.
I am currently only taking on a very limited number of retainer clients. Please contact me via email if this is something you would like to discuss.
Which times are you typically available?
Due to the time zone difference consultations are scheduled in the afternoon or evening for South Africans. I am available on weekdays and weekends. In exceptional cases I will be available at any time – an example is being available to provide telephonic support during a CCMA case.
What is the best way to contact you?
