In terms of Section 197(6 & 7) of the Labour Relations Act when a transfer of contract is taking place (transfer of business as a going concern), an agreement must be concluded. This document is 2 page Word format document that can be used as a template to conclude the required agreement. It can be used as an agreement between the Old Employer and New Employer, or between the Old Employer and New Employer and Employee/Registered Union.
