This document is a loan or salary advance agreement, and acknowledgement of debt used when an Employer wants to deduct money from an Employee’s remuneration for a loan or salary advance given. In accordance with Section 34 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, a written agreement is required in order for an Employer to make the deduction. This document is used as the required written agreement. It includes a section on how much will be paid per month if the amount will be deducted over time, as well as a clause covering termination of the relationship.
