This document is an acknowledgement of debt and deduction agreement that is used when an Employer wants to deduct money from an Employee’s remuneration for damage or loss caused by the Employee. In accordance with Section 34 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, a written agreement is required in order for an Employer to make the deduction. This document is used as the required written agreement. It includes a section on how much will be paid per month if the amount will be deducted over time, as well as a clause covering termination of the relationship.
